APS Pension and Financial Services is recognized as a leading financial group specializing in pension plan design and administration; life and health insurance benefits; estate planning; and investments.
We achieve continued success as a result of our reputation for providing efficient service and maintaining satisfied clients. Our growth is attributable to long -standing relationships with CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents, clients and focused marketing methods.
We are committed to excellence in our workplace and in relationships with our clients through quality training and education; quality service; mutual respect; teamwork; cooperation with each other; follow through; delivering more than we promised; and a positive attitude.
We measure our success by our abilty to retain clients, their willingness to refer new business to us, and their response to our annual client survey. Internally, in support of our success, we encourage positive employee morale and a high level of shared communication.
We target our marketing efforts to successful and established enterprises in the tri-state area that satisfy these parameters:
